Mental health influences every aspect of our lives — from how we connect with others and engage in work or school, to how we enjoy leisure activities and manage daily responsibilities. My passion lies in helping people enhance their quality of life by exploring the past to resolve unfinished emotional business that may still affect the present.

As someone who has experienced anxiety and ADHD myself, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to seek support. This personal insight allows me to approach therapy with empathy, understanding, and respect for the courage it takes to begin the process.

My journey began at a liberal arts college, where I learned alongside students from diverse cultural backgrounds, perspectives, and identities. This experience shaped my commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for all clients.

I have provided therapy in both correctional and outpatient settings, working with adolescents and adults. My goal for every client is to help them expand their “tool belt” — developing the skills and strategies needed to cope effectively with life’s many stressors.

Drawing from Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, I strive to empower clients to take an active role in their therapy, setting goals that reflect their unique needs and values. Together, we’ll collaborate to uncover solutions and build a path toward your fullest and most meaningful potential.
