Julia Van Tine
I work at Hudson Valley Family Therapy, a private practice. Virtual only!
It is important that I make a positive imprint on your life and leave you with the feelings of comfort and safety confiding in me. I will provide a safe and open environment so you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. Every individual has their own past and present experiences that shape what our lives are today. Not one single individual’s experiences are ever the same as another. Those experiences should not have a hold over you or your life, and together we will find ways to help make it easier one day at a time.
I can provide excellent listening skills, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard for all clients. Together we will explore ways to achieve your best personal health, emotional wellness, and create goals to improve your everyday life. I strive to provide you with the necessary tools and skills you can take with you outside of our sessions.
