Are you trying to reach your goals, but feel like you're running in circles? I can help with improving your happiness, addressing a problem-area in your life, or whatever else you want to focus on. One-size-fits-all counseling doesn't work, so I individualize each client's experience based on what works best for them. I believe in a mind-body-spirit approach where we have to take care of all three to feel truly fulfilled, which is why I also offer Christian counseling.
I have a Master of Arts in counseling (MAC). In addition, I'm a fully licensed practicing counselor (LPC), a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I've also been trained directly through the Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Institute.
Warmth and insight are the foundation of our sessions, especially as I understand we all need someone to be ourselves with. Life can be challenging at times, but we don't have to go through it alone. I became a counselor because of my passion for helping others, so please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or for more information!
