The Middle Path is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that offers group therapy 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 6.5 weeks. The program's intervention is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and holistic treatments such as yoga, meditation, art, music, horticulture and 3 hours with horses called EGALA Therapy. DBT teaches how to regulate your emotions, live with mindfulness, manage distress and improve communication and set boundaries and limits with others. We offer treatment in a warm home setting with spa features. We accept commercial insurance only. We offer a free tour to see if we are the right fit for you. We have psychiatrists to meet with you weekly for medication management.
