Psychologist, PhD

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist offering online therapy to college students and young adults across MT and WA. My approach to therapy is integrative, attachment-based, diversity-affirming, and depathologizing. This means that I help you to understand your struggles through the lens of neurobiological adaptions to social environments and relational experiences versus symptoms of a disorder. I work with a variety of presenting concerns and specialize in the effects of complex trauma, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood swings, dissociative processes, ADHD/executive functioning difficulties, self-destructive behavior, identify confusion or conflict, and difficulties feeling safe, close, or understood in the context of relationships.

Therapy is not about me telling you what to do; its about co-creating therapeutic relationship that fosters a curious and compassionate expanded awareness of yourself, so that you can use that information to direct whatever changes you're needing to feel more authentic, connected, and empowered in your life.

I tend to integrate the following treatment modalities/interventions: somatic/mindfulness-based therapies, Trauma-informed Stabilization Treatment-informed "parts work", DBT skills, and interpersonal and emotion-focused therapy. I also have training in CBT, MI, and CPT for clients wanting/needing a more top-down approach.
