Life challenges can lead to unease within our bodies and minds, which prevents us from living a healthy and fulfilling life. My job is to help you navigate those challenges in order to become your best self. I have worked with adolescents and teens managing the challenges of growing up, individuals living with substance use disorder and chronic mental illness, asylum seekers and refugees, and individuals looking for support in many facets of their lives.
I utilize a strengths based strategy that helps clients recognize the innate talents that they possess, and build upon those in order to increase resiliency and develop confidence in navigating life challenges. We will work together to help you feel more at home within your body and mind.
