Holly O'Neill-Melville

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 6 days ago

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and an expert in the social-emotional aspects of child development with over 15 years of invaluable clinical experience. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families providing counseling for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, and trauma issues. In my clinical work, I focus on the development of coping skills, emotional regulation skills, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral strategies. I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among my clients, and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. I offer validation and emotional support for clients who feel stigmatized by mental health challenges of all kinds, and assist in improving effective communication skills. Together, we create personal goals to work toward in order to relieve stress and enhance overall emotional well being.
