Life doesn’t stop with a diagnosis—it shifts. I'm here to help you navigate the landscape of chronic health conditions, neurodivergence, and mental health diagnoses using ACT therapy, a powerful approach that fosters acceptance and connects you with what truly matters. Whether you're adjusting to a new diagnosis, facing ongoing stressors, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer neuroaffirming care that honors your unique story and supports your journey toward a meaningful life.

I am licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist based in Pennsylvania, providing therapy and executive skills support in person and through telehealth in 43 states. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, learning differences, and neurological/medical conditions.
