Feeling overwhelmed, unbalanced or like there is too much on your plate? Although college can be an exciting time in our lives, it can also be time where we feel we are failing to meet expectations of others as well as ourselves. Sometimes we are working so hard to meet deadlines and navigate relationships that we miss the opportunity for self discovery and learning skills that not only will help us navigate the college stress, but will also help us endlessly in the future. I believe that together, we can identify and build upon strengths you already possess as well as learn new skills to manage the stress and overwhelm that can accompany college life.
