Holistic Health and Healing Center
People have the unending capacity to heal, cope, and change their lives even through life’s most difficult challenges. I have a passion for helping individuals cope and find peace during challenging situations. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that is focused on each individual’s strengths and needs. I believe in a holistic approach that considers the mind-body interaction.
I have had experience in neurofeedback and continue to learn about how it can be utilized with mental health counseling. I have experience working in intensive clinical settings. I worked with individuals from many identities, ability statuses, and walks of life to help increase their well-being and live valued lives.
It would be an honor for me to join you on your journey to heal.
