I am committed to helping clients heal and regain a sense of control and well-being in their lives. I offer skills to change thoughts/behavior. My areas of specialty are substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and behavioral issues. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness and relaxation exercises to promote emotional regulation and build resilience.
