We live in a fast-paced world with an overwhelming amount of information and opinions. It can be difficult to sort through and often leaves us carrying stories from our past alongside the demands of right now. Our bodies aren't meant to hold so much and this chronic burden can result in sleep issues, physical pain, worries, confusion, and even hopelessness.

My approach is attachment-based with a whole body focus and individualized client techniques based on your expressed needs. Questions you could expect from me include: "Where would you like to begin?" "where do you feel that in your body?" or "When was a time that things were different?"
