I have worked as a mental counselor on 2 separate college campuses for over 25 years. I have recently opened my own practice and see clients ages 18 and older. Some of the areas I consider to be my strengths are depression, anxiety, trauma, college adjustments, relationship issues and phase of life issues. I am trained in EMDR, a therapy which has proven to help those who have experienced traumatic events in their lives. I consider myself a Christian counselor but that piece is a part of our journey only if the client chooses it to be.
