I offer individual counseling to late teens and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, performance anxiety, chronic pain, and grief. I work to help individuals recognize the root of their issues and develop effective tools for change. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate environment for individuals to engage in authentic self-expression to move forward with their own personal growth goals.
I am a person-centered therapist, believing that empathy is a key component to successful therapy. I take an eclectic approach to counseling and incorporate many different modalities, including EMDR, mindfulness, DBT, and CBT. The goal is to offer feedback and resources that are specific and tailored to each individual client.
