Hickory Tree Counseling

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 11 days ago

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 13 years of experience. My expertise includes certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), recognized as the gold standard in treating OCD. Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, as well as navigating significant medical challenges and grief and loss.

Starting therapy can be an intimidating journey for many individuals. From my years of experience, I've learned that establishing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is paramount from the outset. My approach is to meet you where you are, listen attentively, and begin building this foundation right from our first session.

In our work together, I see you as the driver of your journey, and my role is to assist you in navigating the path ahead. There are multiple avenues we can explore, and together we will determine the best route for your unique needs and goals. I would be privileged to accompany you on your path towards a happier, healthier self.
