Accepting new clients! The journey towards mental wellbeing is filled with multifaceted complexities. As your therapist, allow me to support and empower you to overcome a multitude of life circumstances ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Language and cultural barriers should not hinder one's ability to achieve mental wellness. My experience working with diverse communities has provided me with a cultural lens that can be used to guide you through this mental wellness journey.

I aim to help my clients discover their own inner peace and spread that tranquility to the world around them. I utilize talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapeutic modalities to help clients conquer mood disorders, improve relationships, cope with trauma, and addressing racial disparities affecting the BIPOC community.

In our initial phone and/or email consult, I will be able to answer any questions and concerns surrounding the therapeutic modalities I incorporate into my practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and more.
