Some of the core issues I enjoy tackling alongside clients include self-esteem, anxiety, ACA issues, trauma, people-pleasing, and childhood emotional neglect. I believe each client, whether 5 or 60, deserves space to show up fully and feel brave, valued, and like I am on their team (which I am!).
