It is said that we rise by lifting others. This rings true as it describes why most of us in the field do the work. We want you to rise and have the self-efficacy to lift yourself. I do not believe in a one-size-fit-all approach for my clients, as I work to find the best therapeutic support for each person. I have an open-door policy and encourage you to take the lead in your own healing and path forward.
I include Person-centered, CBT, Expressive therapies, Trauma-informed techniques and Humanistic therapies to treat clients.
I believe the therapuetic rapport is an essential building block to any counseling relationship. I work to ensure that you feel safe and willing to explore in every session.
