Helen's Project
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
- Licensed Professional Counselors
- Marriage & Family Therapists
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
At Helen’s Project, we provide a safe, supportive space for students who are navigating real-life challenges, whether that’s stress from school, anxiety, relationship struggles, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start.
Many of the people we support are balancing a lot, academics, family expectations, work, or personal struggles, and don’t always feel like they have a place to talk about it openly.
Our goal is to make mental health care feel approachable and real. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know something feels off, we’re here to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
