Heléne Van den Berg – Noble Mentors

Purpose isn't about getting into the right program or hitting someone else's milestones. It's about knowing who you are and what matters to you, and building a life around that. I mentor college students who are stepping out of treatment, struggling with social anxiety, questioning their identity or faith, or who just feel stuck between what they should be doing and what they can make themselves do. We work on executive function and life skills side by side, in real settings, until the systems are yours. I hold an M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, have three years with at-risk young adults, and am trained in trauma-informed care and group facilitation. Mentoring is not therapy; many of my mentees also see a counselor. In person across Boulder County and north Denver, and by video.
