Trauma does not define you or how you interact with the world. I am dedicated to helping those who have survived trauma reach their goals, heal, and improve their quality of life. I also enjoy working with those who are going through transitions in their life, having spent the past 8 years of my career helping college students of all ages navigate the changes of this phase. Whether you are struggling to adjust after a loss, a change in relationship status or a career change, we can work together to navigate this change effectively.

I will partner with you to process past trauma, build healthy and effective coping skills, reduce shame, and create/ find acceptance of yourself. I will walk alongside you as you navigate life transitions, assisting you in finding a path forward. I aspire to create a safe environment, free from judgement that allows for growth and change.

Those whom I have worked with describe me as warm, compassionate, judgmental and down to earth. I consider it an honor to be a small part in someone's journey and healing. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, using the strengths you already posses to help reach you reach your goals. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation!
