Detailed services:

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

Our Nurse Practitioner performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and assessments to deliver a well-balanced treatment plan. This plan may include dialogue with your therapist and aims to deliver the correct type of medication and dosage. During your first appointment. We use the latest psychopharmacology considering your history, symptoms, and feelings. By working together with your therapist our nurse practitioner will develop a well-balanced treatment plan by selecting the right type and dosage of medications if needed.

Medication Management

The follow-up appointments are to monitor your progress with your prescribed medication regimen. CMHC Nurse Practitioner will assess your ability to tolerate the prescribed medication, identify any side effects, and identify whether you are having favorable responses to medications. We will assess the need for medication dosage adjustments or switch to a different one, and provide helpful educational intervention based on your feelings, thoughts, symptoms, and/or behaviors
