Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative (CMHC) provides evidence-based therapy for college students experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, and life transitions. Our clinicians specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, offering structured, goal-oriented care. We also incorporate mindfulness, somatic approaches, and nature-informed therapy to support overall well-being. Telehealth and in-person therapy in Towson, MD available.
We support students with:

OCD and intrusive thoughts (ERP treatment)
Depression and mood concerns
Social anxiety and relationship issues
Life transitions, identity exploration, and post-college adjustment
