Mid-Atlantic Nature Therapy

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW-C
Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

I first went to therapy as a college student, overwhelmed by all of the changes coming my way. I didn't understand until later that I was dealing with both depression and anxiety that kept me from seeing things clearly and being able to enjoy each day without being consumed by worry. I know that college is a challenging time of life and I am here to support. I use the power of nature combined with other proven therapy modalities to help people feel better and move towards their goals.
