Hello and welcome to my practice! You are here to find a professional who will help you meet your goals and give you tools to better navigate your life. Do you feel lost, depressed, or anxious? Have you had a traumatic event that has changed the way you view the world? Is your relationship on the rocks? I provide a unique and tailored experience to each client. In addition to mood related concerns, I will guide you through grief/loss, addiction, low self-esteem, career path, and abuse recovery. At my office, I have two therapy bunny rabbits who are playful, loving, and very wise. They remind us to be in the moment and to value the beauty we all have on the inside and out. I am both a licensed professional counselor and board certified therapist. With over thirteen years of experience, I have cutting edge techniques that can bring quicker relief from symptoms and get you back in the game! You will feel a renewed sense of motivation and zest for life during our work together. I look forward to pairing with you on your healing journey.
