Heather Watt
Life is full of changes. Some anticipated, and others that catch us off guard. I work with teens, college students, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and depression. I approach every person with openness, curiosity, and a little bit of humor.
I incorporate evidence-based treatments such as CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe that healing can happen alongside moments of laughter, lightness, and connection. I aim to provide a space that is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you think I may be a good fit for you, I invite you to reach out to me via email. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss your goals for therapy.
