Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 16 days ago

I am driven by a passion for helping others, and have enjoyed working with numerous college students over the last decade in adjusting to campus life, learning to balance multiple demands of school, academics, social relationships, and other commitments.

I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing PTSD/trauma, anxiety, grief, loss, or life transitions, as well as ADHD. I have been a practicing licensed clinical social worker for the last decade, primarily specializing in providing trauma informed CBT therapy.

My clients in the past have enjoyed working with me as I am solution-oriented, flexible, warm, and nonjudgemental. I consider myself copilot to the process of therapy, and am looking forward to helping you navigate a trying time in your life. Some of the benefits from attending sessions with me include increased use of healthier coping skills, higher self-esteem, healthier boundaries and communication with others, as well as self-acceptance.
