My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, helping students understand their anxiety, develop effective coping skills, and build confidence in managing academic, relational, and personal challenges. I aim to provide a supportive space where students can feel understood, learn to calm their nervous system, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
