College is basically the Olympics of adulting—with (almost) zero training.
You're out here learning how to budget ramen, decode roommate passive-aggression, survive 8 a.m. lectures, and build a life that doesn’t fall apart during midterms. Add anxiety, depression, or other mental health stuff into the mix and... yeah, it’s a lot.
We’ve spent years working with college students, and we know the chaos isn’t just in your group chat. That’s why our practice is built for this stage of life. We offer comprehensive and compassionate mental health assessments that go beyond a checklist—because you're more than a diagnosis.
Whether you're struggling with motivation, focus, anxiety, or just want to stop doom-scrolling at 2am—we're here to help you figure it out.
🧠 Here’s what you get:
60-minute intake where we deep dive into you-we actually take the time to listen (like, really listen).
30 minute medication management plus built-in therapy at every follow-up, longer ongoing therapy when needed
Optional quick therapy sessions you can book as needed (perfect for finals season meltdown #47), virtual appointments meet you where you are.
Mental health care shouldn’t be another thing on your to-do list that you keep snoozing.
👉 Let's make it work for your schedule, your brain, and your real life. Online self-scheduling available.
