I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I use psychoeducation, solution-focused strategies that highlight your strengths, and cognitive techniques to help identify and shift negative thought patterns that may be getting in your way. I have experience supporting individuals who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and major life transitions such as divorce.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you or your child can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I also have a therapy dog in training who can join sessions by request—many clients find his calming presence to be a helpful part of the healing process.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone and you don’t have to face it alone. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step toward getting support. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or challenges in parenting, I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
