I specialize in therapy focused on addressing feelings of overwhelm, fear, and anxiety. I often work with folks impacted by trauma, difficult life transitions, and challenging family dynamics. I have extensive experience helping people develop healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety, process difficult emotions and painful experiences, and identify ways of using innate strengths to grow and set goals for the future. I am passionate about working with women and gender expansive individuals, as well as LGBTQ folks. I am trained in trauma treatments, including EMDR, as well as I-CBT for OCD.
