Megan Hayes
Provider Types
This is a clinic or agency with multiple providers, including:
- Pre-Licensed Professionals
Megan believes everyone has natural strengths, even when life’s challenges make it hard to see. Her goal in therapy is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can express themselves, explore their feelings, and be empowered to heal in ways that feel authentic to who they are. She often uses play, narrative storytelling, art, guided meditation, and sensory activities to help clients process experiences that may feel overwhelming or be difficult to put into words. Megan also knows that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. She aims to work collaboratively in care teams comprised of parents and caregivers, schools, and other medical professionals, offering support and guidance so all parties feel equipped to walk alongside their loved ones in the healing process.
Whether you or your child is working through anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, or simply needs a space to feel understood, Megan offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. She believes therapy isn’t only about “fixing” what’s wrong; it’s about uncovering the resilience and wholeness that’s already within you and using sustainable practices to work toward your goals. Healing isn’t linear. If you’re ready to take the next step, she would be honored to support you, wherever you are on your journey.
