Struggling? Worried about being judged or labeled? We see people as people first. We take a strengths based client driven approach. We have expertise in the areas of adoption, trauma, relationships and transitions. We use neuroscience informed methods of therapy as well as models created with the brain and body in mind like EMDR, the Safe and Sound Protocol and Internal Family Systems. We come alongside clients in their journey, we don't push or pull them in a certain direction.
