Healthy Self. Healthy Life. is the Dever-based mental health practice of Hannah Dudley, LMFT. I realize that no two people are the same, and will tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.

I specialize in grief & loss, relationship repair, and trauma healing, serving teens, young adults, and adults; individually, as couples, or as a family.

I also offer a Young/Emerging Adult Grief Therapy Group - this group is for Young/Emerging Adults (about 25-35 yo) who have had someone important in their life die. Relationship, timeline, and type of death loss varies - all aspects will be addressed & supported in this group.

Serving all Colorado residents via in-person or Telehealth.
