I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Michigan. I offer online mental health and substance abuse therapy by means of HIPPA compliant video chat to residents of Michigan. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with a variety of mental health disorders, including mood disorders, personality disorder, anxiety disorders and substance abuse disorders. I am also open to working with individuals from all walks of life, including any and all gender identifications, sexual orientations, ethnic and racial backgrounds and relationship statuses. My goal is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for you to explore your mental health and/or substance abuse concerns. I will offer you a judgement free zone, incorporated with compassion, empathy and understanding to support you through your therapeutic journey. I want to help you heal and re-energize by becoming aware of your strengths, helping you learn from your struggles, aid you in healing from your pain and working towards finding your authentic self. Together we will customize a individualized treatment plan according to your personal goals. This will include identifying your symptoms and examining your triggers, followed by developing positive and healthy coping skills to aid in managing your symptoms and triggers.
