Hello. I'm a psychologist who specializes in areas of anxiety and self-harm. This may be just feeling stressed out all the way to not being able to leave your apartment or struggling with significant OCD or panic attacks. While anxiety is one of my specialities, I've worked very closely with college-age populations for over the last ten years regarding various topics and helping support young adults. Sometimes life just gets hard and you need some extra support. Feeling connected and safe with your clinician is one of the top predictors of therapy success and you meeting your goals, so I'd love to chat and see if we're a good fit!
