Are you being challenged by life trials? Do you feel stuck and can't figure out a way out of your situation? Dealing with depression and anxiety? Are you dealing with behavioral issues and mental health of your kiddo? Or dealing with your childhood trauma which triggers you day to day? Having mood swings and anger outbursts?
My approach is client-centered, strength based and collaborative problem solving. I teach easy to learn coping skills and activities to boost up self-awareness and self-care in my clients. I believe that the brain can adapt to changes and self-regulate after damage, if you have the right tools and information to deal with it.
