I am also certified clinical trauma practitioner. I work mostly with individuals who have experienced trauma, stress/anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, family issues, bi-polar, and substance abuse issues. I primarily help individuals by hearing them and helping them to discover healthy coping skills that will bring them towards their wellness.
