I offer a range of approaches including expressive arts informed therapy, body-centered therapy, and traditional talk therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment and provide you with the tools to authentically explore yourself, solve problems, and cope with difficult experiences. I strive to celebrate all marginalized identities such as racial, sexual, gender, and religious identities. Having completed my clinical training at the Appalachian State counseling center, I am experienced in working with college students including non-traditional students.
