Harriet Entin, MSW, LCSW
Life is hard at times. No one escapes life's challenges or struggles. I have decades of experience helping clients move from pain to more peace and from confusion to more clarity. I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation to talk and see how I might assist you in your current situation. I provide effective, compassionate services for individuals, couples and families. My approach is rooted in family systems, attachment theory and is trauma-informed. Because both trauma and long-term stress impact the body as well as the mind. I integrate mind/body tools into traditional talk therapy to give clients ways to decrease emotional intensity so that problem-solving is more effective. My areas of expertise including healing complex trauma, helping adoptees and adoptive families, and strategic approaches to resolve long-standing issues.
I bring decades of experience, competence, and compassion into helping my clients. My practice includes clients of diverse races, faith traditions, cultural backgrounds, genders, and sexual orientation. Both online and in-person sessions are available.
