My focus is mindset. There are so many things in life we can't control. However, I work with clients to develop a strong mindset that no matter what circumstances or emotions we are facing our mind/thoughts are built on a strong foundation.
My approach as a therapist is goal-oriented, together we will work on finding solutions that work for you so that you feel empowered to help yourself during challenging times. You don't have to do this alone!
