Most clients seek out Happy Apple to help them sort through internal conflict, relationship concerns, or for help managing stress caused by school, work, or a change in circumstances.
Happy Apple therapists take an engaged approach, using science-backed approaches like CBT, DBT, and EFT to help clients find solutions and new ways to cope with anxiety, fear, depression, or worry.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
