Hanover CBT is a behavioral health practice in which current science guides the treatment, deep respect for the whole person guides the work, and compassion, presence, and integrity guides the interaction.

Understanding and cultivating each person’s whole health starts with presence, connection, and non-judgment in the therapeutic relationship and continues with a thorough assessment of history, values and goals, and present-day barriers to building a more fulfilling life. We view this work as “evolution on purpose” taking into account the historical, neurological, cognitive, biological, and psychological bases of behavior.

We conduct comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults that include a variety of components that are found in psychoeducational, neuropsychological, and psychological evaluations.
