Similar to you, I’ve navigated joy, pain, uncertainty, and growth—and it’s from that place of shared humanity that I offer my presence and support. I hold deep respect for anyone willing to share their story with me, whether it unfolds through words, movement, silence, breath, laughter, or tears. I believe that healing is a journey—not a race. Often, we find ourselves in the thick of emotional “muck” that feels impossible to move through. But with time, care, and support, a path reveals itself—one that can lead to a deeper sense of peace, meaning, and connection.

“If we climb high enough, we will reach a height from which tragedy ceases to look tragic"; our work isn’t about erasing trauma, but about creating enough space within us to begin feeling whole again. I work with teens and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, with a focus in disordered eating, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and OCD.
My approach is experiential, body-based, and relational—drawing from Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. I bring a lens of radical honesty and authenticity to the therapeutic space, offering both compassion and accountability to support meaningful, lasting change.
