Taking the first step toward counseling can feeling overwhelming, and I'm glad that you're here. Maybe you've found yourself thinking, "I'm tired of feeling alone in my struggles," "I want to make a change, but I don't know how," or "My anxiety is keeping me from enjoying my life." If so, you don't have to face this by yourself, I am here to support you.
My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change in their lives. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and work toward healing. I frequently work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Counseling is not a one-size- fits all experience. I believe that every person brings a unique story, and it's my privilege to walk alongside you as you navigates life's challenges. Whatever you are seeking through counseling, I would be honored to join you on the journey. Send me a message- I'd love to talk about how we can begin this journey together.
