Seeking help takes courage, and I'm right here for you! I aim to provide warmth and compassion to those who are seeking guidance and support through all of life’s challenging moments. I offer individual psychotherapy in-person and via telehealth to college/graduate students struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and a wide range of psychosocial stressors, which include but are not limited to: interpersonal relationships, family, career, grief/loss, adjustment, immigration, and multicultural/racial issues. My goal for my clients is to foster wellness through emotional connection and cultivating understanding of one's own self and their environment. My intention is to offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to find the insight you are looking for to bring you fulfillment, wisdom, healing, and well-being. Feel free to contact me so we can chat about how we can work together!
