Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

As a licensed psychologist who works with young professionals who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, work stress, and the college student experience, I am here to accompany you on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Together, we'll work collaboratively to navigate life's challenges, foster resilience, and heal. I invite you to explore the therapeutic process in a safe, non-judgmental environment where your well-being takes precedence. My goal is to offer a safe, confidential environment where you can explore yourself and thrive.

I utilize a person-centered approach alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my work. My open and explorative style allows me to create a therapeutic relationship with my clients that emphasizes authenticity and empathy.

I know that seeking support can be very difficult. You're not alone in this journey, and I invite you to take that courageous step of reaching out whenever you feel ready. Please feel free to contact me for a free phone consultation or you can schedule an appointment directly on my website. I am certified to see clients in 39 states, PSYPACT approved.
