Happy Back-To-School! This time of year is often chaotic and full of adjustments both big and small. I would love to walk with you through these exciting and challenging changes. I accept some insurances, out-of-network and self-pay. I am licensed in both MA and NH. I currently work with coming-of-age/young adults (18-35ish) with anxiety, depression, stress management challenges and big life changes (going to college, new moms, ending a relationship, etc). I have some flexibility outside this description on a case-by-case basis and would be happy to talk to see if we would be a good fit.
