Hi there! My name is Hannah and I am a therapist with my MSW from MSU Denver. I approach therapy through a client-centered, trauma-informed lens. I aim to provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges at their own pace. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I draw from an integrative approach using evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and Person-Centered therapy to support clients in building resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
