Navigating college life, starting your career, or figuring out your next steps can be both exciting and overwhelming. If you're feeling anxious, burned out, stuck, or uncertain about the future—you're not alone. I specialize in working with college students and young adults who are managing academic stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and mental health concerns like anxiety and burnout.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and connection. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, process emotions, and develop practical strategies to feel more grounded and confident. Whether you're adjusting to campus life, planning a gap year, preparing to graduate, or simply trying to keep up with everything on your plate—therapy can help.

My areas of focus include:

-Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

-Academic pressure and post-grad uncertainty

-Burnout and motivation challenges

-Family, friendship, and romantic relationship issues

-Grief and loss, whether from a death, transition, or other major life event

-Identity development and exploring purpose, values, or long-term goals

-Chronic illness support, whether you're living with a diagnosis or caring for someone who is.

I earned my MSW from the University of Michigan and have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. In addition to my private practice, I consult in educational settings and support individuals and families coping with grief, illness, and major life changes.

If you're a student looking for a therapist who brings warmth, insight, and a touch of humor, I’d love to connect. Therapy is a powerful space to reflect, grow, and take intentional steps forward.
