Taking the first step to begin therapy can feel overwhelming. Welcome! I am glad you are here. I primarily utilize EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment theory, and Somatic-based approaches. I have a particular passion for working with childhood trauma and attachment wounds, sexual trauma, and stage of life transitions. I am also passionate about women's health and have significant experiencing working with women in the perinatal period.
